Reservation: $700.00 deposit is refundable for 30 days; afterwards, funds may be transferable to another conference. Reservations must be made three months before departure. All reservations should be made three months prior to departure due to limited space. Not included: International airfare, and airport taxes, ground transportation, Items of a personal nature, Gratuities and porterage, Travel insurance, Emergency medical evacuation insurance, Visas (if required), All prices are in US dollars and do not include international airfare. Travel insurance is advisable for medical and cancellation purposes. I must add, that sometimes there is a change in authors or instructors due to unforeseeable events.
